Tier 1 Director Rate Trio Semi Private Sessions are designed for three participants, offering personalized instruction in either Pilates, the GYROTONIC® Method, or a combination of both techniques during a 50-minute class. Each package is priced per person and provides a unique opportunity for tailored guidance in a supportive environment. Our instructor tier bios can be found on the home page. Please note that all packages expire three months from the date of purchase, and scheduling should be done directly with an instructor by calling the studio.
